Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or a refund to your account.
 
All refunds and exchanges must be requested within seven days after delivery and are subject to the terms and conditions below. These policies apply to all products retailed and purchased from Se-rene.
 
Returns for Refund Policy
 
Within seven days of purchasing, you may return any undamaged Se-rene items in their original packaging and with the genuine leather tag attached. A complete refund will be processed via EFT provided the items are returned undamaged and original state.

A return shipping fee for undamaged goods will be billed to you. Clients can arrange their own courier for the return.  Please note the refund will not include the original shipping fee - that amount will be deducted.

Once the returned product/s have been inspected and have met with our return conditions, Se-rene will refund your account. Shipping fees are not refunded.
 
Exchange Policy
 
Within seven days of delivery, you may exchange undamaged Se-rene products in their original packaging and with the genuine leather tag attached.
 
A return shipping fee as well as a re-delivery shipping fee for the exchange will be charged to you. Customers can arrange for their own courier to return and re-deliver their packages.
 
Please email info@se-rene.co.za with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Product details of items to be returned
  • Product details of requested items to re-ship. 
If we mistakenly delivered the wrong product(s) to you or if the product(s) are not as stated on our website. Please contact us via email info@se-rene.co.za or the contact form on our website to notify us.
 
Se-rene will arrange for a free collection of the product from you and deliver the correct product. Alternatively, we can arrange a refund of the retail price of the product/s to your account through EFT.
 
Defective products
We make every effort to ensure that the products we send to you are of excellent quality and free of flaws.
 
What exactly is a flaw?
A defect is a material flaw in the manufacturing of a product or any characteristic of a product that makes it less acceptable than one would reasonably expect.
 
The following will NOT be considered as defects and will not warrant you to a return or exchange of Se-rene products:
  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
Standard Warranty
 
If you believe you have received a defective product, do let us know as soon as you can after discovering the flaw. This warranty is valid for one month following the product's delivery.  Please send an email to info@se-rene.co.za to process your warranty inquiry. We will make arrangements for free pickup of the product from you. If stock permits, a replacement will be sent to you after we have examined the item and verified your return or a refund will be made.
