Returns, Exchanges & Refunds



Se-rene does not accept returns or exchanges unless the purchased item is defective. In these circumstances, please email us within two working days after receiving the product with details and pictures of the defect.

Once the return for the defective item has been approved, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. When shipping, please use a trackable service, as we cannot be liable for missing parcels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you need an exchange for an incorrect order, please email sene@se-rene.co.za within two working days after receiving the product. Once approved, you are required to ship the originally purchased item back at your cost. Items must be shipped in their original condition and packaging to:
